These yummy little squishy cakes are a great way of using up summer hedgerow fruits and also a really easy way to get fruit into kids. Made with Bramley apples and blackberries, orange zest, a delightful vanilla batter, and toasted hazelnut crumble on top. Best eaten still warm from the oven, but trust me, if you're anything like me they wont last long enough to cool down anyway.

Chocolate Raspberry Crumble Muffins
This is a really yummy muffin recipe. The chocolate crumble on top is what makes it so good. I have also added chocolate chunks to this recipe you so get little explosions of raspberries & chocolate. An all round exceptionally good muffin.

Banoffee Muffins
A scrummy alternative to my "Banoffee Bread" are these Banoffee Muffins. They have little explosions of caramel hidden inside them and have a lovely moist and fluffy texture. Really quick to knock up too.
Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins
I have never been too impressed with homemade chocolate muffins as they usually come out dry, boring & surprisingly not very chocolately considering how much chocolate goes in them. But this is by far the best recipe I have tried. They rose beautifully for me with the classic muffin-top. I still reckon you could add more chocolate chunks than the recipe states though! Supermarket value chocolate works fine in this chocolate muffin recipe.
Raspberry Crumble Top Muffins
Why do muffins look so much more appealing when they are covered in a generous sprinkling of nutty crumble! These raspberry muffins are made with frozen raspberries and natural raspberry yoghurt. Crunchy on top, soft and fluffy inside, with gooey explosions of raspberries. Great for breakfast.
